The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and May is always a joyful and busy season on campus. Thank you for the many ways you support our school.
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4–8. The Martin Guild has planned treats for our faculty and staff, and we encourage families to have students thank their teachers. Our teachers give so much each day, and this is a wonderful time to recognize them.
We would also be grateful for additional parent support through the Martin Guild during Teacher Appreciation Week and as we prepare for end-of-year events. The final Martin Guild meeting of the year will be held on Thursday, May 7 at 8:15 a.m. All parents are welcome. We would love your input on this year’s events as we begin planning for next year. Several chair positions are open, and we would be grateful for parents willing to serve.
We also extend sincere thanks to the many parents who volunteer as drivers and chaperones for field trips. Your help makes these experiences possible. We will continue to need volunteers in May. We are grateful for the gift of your time in making these experiences possible for our students!
Any parent who volunteers in the month of May will be entered into a drawing - Five awesome parents will get a $50 C&J Uniform Shop gift card on Field Day!
Come support the Middle Schoolers on all their hard work!
May Crowing and Mass - May 1st
Please send students with flowers on Friday 5/1 of any amount, type and size. Please arrive on time, as the procession will start at 8:10am, with Mass at 8:15am.
We would love parent helpers to assist students as they process into the church and place their flowers in front of Our Blessed Mother.
Two Montessori students have been chosen to crown Our Lady.
*No Parent Adoration this Friday 5/1, but students will still attend Adoration after Mass with their scheduled classes.
Fr. Joshua Day - May 13th
May 13th will also be Fr. Josh Day! He will visit the classrooms and deliver a special treat. Fr. Joshua will be the new chaplain at Bishop Kelley High School starting this summer. This would be a great day to send a note of thanks to Fr. Joshua.
